The Cincinnati, Ohio-based National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is a museum about the history of the Underground Railroad. It’s also a place where you can learn about other topics like civil rights and how people were able to escape slavery across state lines. Union Terminal, the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal, was built in 1933. It is an example of Art Deco architecture and has been designated a National Historic Landmark. In addition to being a major hub for passenger trains, it served as the first airport in the United States (later becoming known as Lunken Airport). It also was the first air terminal in the world!

The Krohn Conservatory is located in Eden Park and is open year-round. The conservatory was established in 1872, making it the oldest public park in Cincinnati. It features a glass-domed conservatory that houses about 2,500 plants from around the world. The Krohn Conservatory also has a greenhouse where you can see plants not native to Ohio growing throughout the year.
